Together We Make a Difference
"Welcome to the San Ramon Valley Unified School District's new Online Education Center. This is an exciting, highly innovative program that allows public school employees from around the country to participate in professional growth opportunities that expand their knowledge and expertise, and obtain professional development units. We are very excited to be one of the first school districts in California to offer such a uniquely convenient program. Please explore the site and let us know if you have any questions or comments."

Why We Are Unique
Teachers, administrators and other district staff will find the courses offered on the SRVUSD website to be practical and relevant. Busy professionals now have access to excellent courses that can be taken at convenient times taught by highly qualified trainers. Increasing teacher knowledge and instructional practice positively affects student learning.
San Ramon Valley Unified School District offers teachers and other district personnel the unique opportunity to participate in on line coursework to fulfill their highly qualified status, to clear their California credential, to fulfill their credential renewal requirements or simply to grow in the profession.
Best Quality at Maximum Savings
The program combines cost-effective, high quality courses with the convenience and flexibility of anytime, anywhere learning. University approved courses meet standards set by California's Beginning Teacher Support and Assessment (BTSA) program, and are optimized for classroom application.
Courses are designed and taught by practicing content experts from district partners and the New Teacher Center @ UCSC, a national resource dedicated to teacher development and the support of programs and practices that promote excellence in America's schools.
Courses also are open to teachers who wish to earn professional development hours and/or continuing education units. Teachers do not need to be part of the BTSA program to enroll in our Online Education Center.
