This course provides an opportunity for compliance with the sexual harassment training requirements of California Government Code section 12950.1, effective January 1, 2005. As required by law, at the conclusion of this course, students will have completed the required 2 hours of interactive sexual harassment training. Such training is required of all supervisors for employers with 50 or more employees at least once every two years, and for all new supervisory employees within six months of assuming their supervisory duties.
